We had some major water damage that had not been addressed before we moved in. The damage included water heater area and extended into the bathroom floor under the vanity. Let me tell you, this was not a pretty job to take on, and being an old mobile home, never straightforward. Greg was so kind and professional, and the quality of the final work was beyond my expectations. I just keep opening my water heater area to stare in amazement at what he was able to accomplish. Ha haa.. The rot is gone, and so is the bad odor. The plumbing is upgraded. It's 90's tight. Something I really appreciate about Greg is his communication. He listened carefully to understand exactly what I was hoping for. He's also willing to offer suggestions while not ever taking over. I know nothing about construction but he never made me feel dumb. It was a great experience, and completed before 5p.m. In one day. Thank you Greg and Lucas!
